What to know
Primary care for older adults often includes fall risk, memory, mood, hearing, vision, nutrition, sleep, continence, bone health, vaccines, chronic conditions, and medication safety.
A Medicare Annual Wellness Visit focuses on prevention and planning and may not replace a problem-focused visit or complete physical.
Steps that may help

- Report falls, dizziness, new confusion, driving concerns, or difficulty with daily tasks.
- Stay active with strength and balance work as appropriate.
